Cain has very slick black hair and has profound angular cheekbones. He wears dark clothing mainly and his eyes are also the same black colour as his hair, his skin is very pale.
Talents: Figuring people out, Only cares about winning.
Interests: Jace Wayland and Clary Fray.
Personality: Cain is a very troubled young man, nobody will ever understand Cain simply because Cain simply can't understand himself. He's so lost in his own despair over his mother and fathers death and how they wanted him to grow up that he some how cant see what he's doing is wrong. Cain will always kill without hesitation and will feel no regret when he has done so.
Weaknesses: Love, despair and downworlders.

History: Cain Samuel was born and raised in Idris, Alicante, home of the shadowhunters, to a loving mother and father named Stephen Samuel and Eliza Samuel. Stephen and Eliza was very known through out Idris for their involvement in the uprising of the circle that was ran by the famous Valentine. Though, Eliza and Stephen wasn't too friendly towards Valentine they still helped him with the massacre he caused as they detested downworlders and didn't understand how their fellow shadowhunters lived in peace amongst the night children, children of the moon etc. When the circle was in full swing, Eliza and Stephen vowed that their child would continue with their work if the circle was to fail, little did they know that the horrid plan would fail and that one day when they was in their own graves that the circle would reform but by a young man named Jonathan Christopher Morgenstern, the son of Valentine.
Cain was three when his parents died in the uprising and he was never old enough to know the full truth of exactly what happened on that fateful night. Growing up, Cain was very troubled and his late aunt Marie Slaunder who he was adopted by often told him the stories of his mother and father and that some day they hoped that he would follow in the footsteps of his father Stephen, if not Valentine. When the return of Valentine himself was acknowledged, Stephen remained in the shadows never letting himself get caught up in his plan to finish what he started but Stephen watched warily every make Valentine made and when it was printed all over the Idris news papers that Valentine had a son named Jace Wayland and a daughter named Clary Fray and that they was against his actions, Stephen felt a fury towards them and vowed that they would pay.
When the truth came out that Jace Wayland was an angel, Cain was livid and this even sent him to plot to murder him if ever in contact and when it was published that Valentines real son was in fact Jonathan Mongerstern who went by the name as Sebastian Verlac in disguise, Cain was above all surprised that Valentine had came up with something as tragic as that and honoured the man. The death of Valentine when he was killed by the angel Raziel made Cain realise that he has to finish what his father and mother wanted him to and that was to join the circle.
When the victory was announced through out Idris, Cain packed a single suit case and fled out of Alicante to form his own Circle, little did he know that he was being tracked down by Jonathan Mongerstern who was already half way through in reforming his own. It was at least a month until Jonathan found Cain in a back street of Alicante and asked him to come with him to a place named New York to destory Jace Wayland.
